A front-drive 2027 Kia EV3 develops 201 hp and 209 lb-ft, and Kia times the Light from 0 to 60 mph in 7.1 seconds. The GT-Line and AWD Wind and Land use dual-motor e-AWD with 261 hp and 284 lb-ft. Kia quotes a 5.4-second 0-60 mph sprint for the GT, which carries 288 hp and 345 lb-ft.

Range is EPA-estimated at 221 miles for the front-drive Light, 321 for a front-drive Wind or Land and 280 for any AWD trim, though actual range varies. With the 81.4 kWh battery, a 10-80% session at a 350 kW DC fast charger can take as little as 31 minutes, Kia estimates.
